PUT YOUR Horse's BODY

Release, Reenergize, Restore
Christy DiColla,
BSA, CEMT, CRM, CRTP
Welcome to CD Sports Therapy!
We specialize in improving performance, speeding up recovery rates, and supporting rehabilitation for people and horses.
The equine and human body consist of a series of kinetic myofascial lines that have natural tendencies to create imbalances. If not rebalanced and maintained, compensational patterns due to these imbalances can lead to pain, injury, and decreased performance.
We offer integrated bodywork modalities, backed by over 40 years combined experience, for you and your horse so that you both can stay in optimal balance, live pain free, and function at peak performance.
Every patient is different. That's why we listen, set goals, and create personalized treatment plans that work best to restore healthy myofascial muscle function.
When you work with us we become invested in your success!

Sports Therapy can
Relieve Pain & Enhance Performance
Maintenance Bodywork
I offer bodywork on a regular basis to equine athletes as part of their wellness program. Its purpose is to help the equine athlete achieve physiological balance & peak performance. Bodywork is recommended every 2-4 weeks for horses in full work, and as needed every 2-4 months for pleasure horses.
Show & Event Bodywork
Event bodywork focuses on relieving pain, mobilizing joints through motion stretch therapy, and restoring vigor and vitality to fatigued muscles. Deep tissue work is not applied at shows so the horses will not become sore from the bodywork. PEMF therapy is offered to reduce inflammation and pain in joints.
Teaching Clinics
I offer bodywork clinics for both horse owners & professionals to learn techniques that can increase equine muscloskeletal health & performance. Topics include assessment, kinesiotaping, Neuro Fascial Conditioning™, stretching, myofascial release, equikinetic myofascial lines, and massage.
